On 10Th,May,2006,Wendnessday BYD Company Limited came to our company for the annual auditing.It was sunny day.The NO.1 Division and NO.2 Division expedited the representatives of engineering,quality and purchase departments including Zhijian LI,Shihong Shao,Chaoying Peng,YuZhang,JiangWu,HuanWu and ZhenZhang.

　At 1:30 pm,the BYD representatives came to the meeting room early.General Manager Huayan Yan,Vice President Jingyan Hu and correlative departments as our company representatives attended the meeting.The meeting was mainly about the auditing content and dividing the work.The audit was including file auditing,field of production auditing and auditing summarizing.
　
　The auditing group audited nine aspects including management duty,quality management system,environment,health,safety,purchase,research&development,contract reviewing,PMC,production control and after service.

　The group belauded our field of production management,5S management,shipment and after service and gave some advice about material purchase,file control,training record and inspect.

　The auditing process lasted four hours.Then we went on summarizing and discussing a series of problems about enterprise developping.At last,both sides hoped keeping good cooperating.

　Afer the customers went back,we must think that how we do to resolve these problems.
